NBA名人堂球星沃克驚傳過世享壽84歲，沃克生涯7度入選明星賽，不僅曾終結塞爾提克8連冠，也與「籃球之神」喬丹（Michael Jordan）、皮朋（Scottie Pippen）與「小蟲」羅德曼（Dennis Rodman）同為公牛王朝慶祝會「Ring of Honor」的一員。

沃克過世享壽84歲。（圖／翻攝自社群平台X）沃克（Chet Walker）在1962年選秀獲費城國民隊青睞，之後隨隊遷往費城改為76人隊，在1966-67賽季例行賽贏得破紀錄的68勝，並與張伯倫（Wilt Chamberlain）聯手終結塞爾提克8連冠，當年沃克場均貢獻19.3分、8.1籃板。
