笔者在本文中先谈足球俱乐部教练员合同、运动员英文合同审、拟要点中的五个，并附上笔者自己整理、草拟的条文；对于违约责任、保险问题、奖金问题、伤病问题、合同解除、肖像权问题、补充协议等等，笔者将在随后的文章中一一分析。
本文的主要内容为：
第一，要注意核对整个英文合同的法律依据。
第二，对于劳动期限和到岗工作的要求要明确，前者不能超过五年，后者要合理适当。
第三，到岗前的资质要求、健康体检必须规定明确，包括相应违约责任！
第四，对于岗位调整要规定明确，因为是足球俱乐部工作合同属于完成一定工作任务的合同，所以在这一条上留有弹性是非常有必要的。
第五，对于工资，除了写清货币、税前、税后、支付时间，笔者认为，还应注明是否随岗位调整进行调整。
以下为正文：
第一，要注意核对整个英文合同的法律依据。
合同开篇关于法律依据的规定中，《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的英文必须正确，同时，考虑到是足球行业的具体规定，也需要提及足协的相关规定。比如：“To clear the rights and obligations of both parties, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all parties, according to the 《People's Republic of China labor law》, 《People's Republic of China labor contract law》 and relevant laws and regulations of the state, combined with the actual football industry, making the contract.Party A and Party B shall sign and abide by the agreement on the basis of equal consultation.”
第二，对于劳动期限和到岗工作的要求要明确，前者不能超过五年，后者要合理适当。
比如：“ Party B shall, after execution of this Agreement, work at the designated position on or before the date of ( ).”
第三，到岗前的资质要求、健康体检必须规定明确，包括相应违约责任！
对于资质要求的草拟，笔者认为结合中国足协的要求是最合理的，也是同时给双方余地的,比如以教练的为例：“Party B shall provide Party A with coach certificate with competency of coach conforming to the requirement of China Football Association.”对于体检证明，笔者认为也应该结合中国足协的要求，至少达到一般员工入职的要求，这个可以根据具体的签约对象实际情况进行调整，比如，：“Party B shall provide Party A with certificate of physical examination with competency of coach conforming to the requirement of China Football Association.”至于时间要求，既可以规定在该条文之前，也可以统一规定为入职前。而对于体检医院，笔者建议还是由足球俱乐部指定，或者约定好违约责任时也可以放宽。比如：“Party B shall arrange to undergo medical examination at the hospital indicated below： ”
第四，对于岗位调整要规定明确，因为是足球俱乐部工作合同属于完成一定工作任务的合同，所以在这一条上留有弹性是非常有必要的。并且应当和工资待遇相对应。
比如：“2.Party A may at its sole discretion reassign Party B to different position between the Senior Team and the Reserves Team of the Club to meet the needs of the Club in according to Party B's ability, performance and state.”
又或者可以不直接说一二队，约定的宽泛一些：“Party B undertakes to accept the arrangement or change of work made by Party A in light of Party A’s work requirements and Party B’s working ability and performance; Party B agrees that this Agreement may not be altered under any of the following circumstances:”
第五，对于工资，除了写清货币、税前、税后、支付时间，笔者认为，还应注明是否随岗位调整进行调整，比如：“Party B, during being adjusted to reserve team, shall no longer enjoy wage standard hereabove, only enjoy treatment of wage and banus of reserve team.”或者为：“Party B shall not enjoy the above standard and only enjoy the treatment of salary and bonuses of Reserves team when transferring to Reserves team.”
